Unlocking Your Potential Through Health Transformation

Before: Feeling Overwhelmed and Ready for Change


Maria came to me at her breaking point. Overweight, prediabetic, and feeling constantly drained, she had lost her energy for the things she loved. As a mom to a young boy, she craved the vitality to be active on weekends but found herself exhausted, often needing to rest instead. Her digestion struggled a great deal, and she experienced neck and shoulder tension from an overwhelming mental load. She felt constantly stressed at work, where pressures like deadlines left her even more drained on top of feelings like judgment and not belonging.


Tired of letting external demands compromise her health and mood, Maria decided it was time to prioritize herself. She wanted a structured, supportive approach to wellness—a way to reclaim her energy and live in alignment with her values. This commitment to change set the stage for her transformative journey.

Solution and Steps in the Coaching Process


1. Physical Health & Nutritional Optimization

We started by gradually adjusting her diet, removing trigger foods like gluten and dairy, and focusing on nutrient-dense meals that provided her with sustainable energy. With this foundation, Maria quickly saw improvements: her digestion normalized, and she lost 9kg already within the first two months of working together, quickly progressing towards her weight goal with minimal extra effort. She felt in awe of her results and also very empowered to understand how food had been affecting her well-being for years.


2. Stress Management & Emotional Well-Being

As Maria discovered the cost of stress on her health and learned to manage her stress more effectively, she became more aware of her emotional triggers.


Through coaching, she developed insights and strategies that felt empowering and inspiring. She adopted calming routines, grew her commitment with daily affirmations, and engaged in activities like walking and swimming, which provided physical benefits and boosted her mental well-being.

3. Boundary Setting & Managing Attention 

During our work together, Maria recognized the power of setting boundaries at work and home, learning to direct her energy and focus more intentionally.


Turning off distractions, following a system to set her priorities and working on specific power states for each of her primary focus areas through our coaching reduced her feelings of overwhelm and allowed her to focus on what mattered most. Procrastination was left behind for good.


This major shift helped ease physical tension she’d held in her jaw and neck, linked to years of people-pleasing and perfectionism, and also helped her facilitated more Parasympathetic Nervous System mode where healing, more weight loss and anti-inflammatory response were made possible on a regular basis. 


4. Personal Growth & Emotional Exploration

Through coaching, Maria explored and shifted deep-rooted patterns, understanding how her drive for perfection was impacting her body and mind. Reconnecting with hobbies and exploring creativity brought more balance into her life.


She felt fulfillment in her personal and professional life, now embracing enjoyment, connection and pleasure rather than productivity alone.


5. Holistic Lifestyle & Habit Formation

With refined daily routines that included better sleep, effective hydration, and physical activity, Maria established a sustainable health plan. Her blood tests showed improved inflammatory markers and balanced blood sugar levels, reinforcing the impact of her new lifestyle. She continued to work on stress management holistically, addressing physical, mental, and emotional roots of tension.


Her HbA1C dropped 0,5 points placing her at healthy blood sugar levels and far away from the pre diabetic stage and her blood sugar dropped by a whooping 25 points, 20% lower than when we started! And we were not done yet!
